VitaTech, the parent company of Novera, entered into a corporate partnership with Avanti Polar Lipids of Alabaster, Alabama. The corporate partnership encompasses several key functions of business development. Avanti has committed to purchasing all necessary manufacturing equipment and the build-out of approximately 800 square feet of GMP facilities for the manufacture of VitaTech's products, including Novera's wound healing drug candidates.Under the Corporate partnership, Avanti will be responsible for:
- Exclusive manufacturing and distribution of wound healing products.
- Providing clinical trial material to support research and development initiatives performed by Novera.
- Regulatory compliance issues including GMP and sterile production.
- Co-developing intellectual property.
